I had a part start acting up after a few months, so I reached out to yitamotor.com about the warranty. They did get back to me and asked for photos and my order info, which made sense, but the whole back-and-forth felt a little loooong.
They ended up offering a replacement, so I’m happy it got taken care of in the end. I just wish the process had been faster and a bit clearer. Overall, it was fiiine, not amazing, but not terrible either.

I got the tracking updates when I needed them, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was, actually, that part was really nice. No guessing around, just clear updates.

Installing it was straightforward overall. It took me a little longer than I thought it would, but everything lined up well and it’s working fine so far. i didn’t mind the extra time too much since it felt good to get it set up myself and know it was done right.

The return process was such a hassle. It took forever, like forever, and customer support barely got back to me. I had to keep waiting and waiting with almost no updates.

I got these floor mats and they’re just kind of okay. The fit isn’t quite right in a few spots, like it’s close but not really. The material also feels a bit thinner than I thought it would be. They’ll do the job for now, I guess, but I’m not super confident they’ll hold up for very long

I did eventually get my refund, but it took way longer than I expected. Based on the tone of the updates I got, it kind of felt like it wasn’t a big priority on their end. Glad it’s sorted now, but the wait was frustrating.

I bought one of their tonneau covers last year, and for the first few months it seemed fine. It looked good on the truck, the fit was okay, and I didn’t have any major complaints early on.

After a while, though, the corners started cracking and the latch got loose. I’m not hard on my truck at all, just regular driving, parking outside, and normal weather. The rubber seal also hardened up faster than I expected, which was disappointing for the price.
Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the part they offered didn’t really solve the problem. If you’re in the market, I’d say ask around locally or in truck groups first and see how these hold up long term in your climate. It’s not the worst cover out there, but based on my experience, durability is definitely something to think about.

My order from YITAMOTOR showed up quickly, and the packaging seemed solid to me. The box was nice and thick, and there was enough foam inside that the parts weren’t really sliding around or anything.

One corner of the box was a little crushed, which made me wonder if I was being too picky about it, since nothing inside was actually damaged. Maybe heavier items could use a bit more tape, but overall I’m happy with the order. I’d probably give it 4 stars

These parts fit my truck just fine, just fine. No issues getting them on, and they matched up like they were supposed to.

The parts themselves seem fine, no real complaints there. But the install instructions from yitamotor.com were kind of confusing. Some of the pictures were blurry or just not helpful, and then it felt like they skipped over a couple steps like I was supposed to already know what to do. I did get it installed eventually, mostly after jumping over to YouTube and watching a few other videos. So yeah, it worked out, but the guide really needs more detail for regular people like me who aren’t doing this every day.

I expected a lot more for the price. It just didn’t feel like the quality matched what I paid, and I was left disappointed. I really wanted to like it, but in the end, it was a letdown.
